Chicken Parm Recipe

This dinner is easy and delicious! 

Ingredients ; 
~ Chicken Breasts (I used boneless, skinless with the fillets removed)
* I make one per person* 
~ Olive Oil
~ Salt and Pepper
~ Bread Crumbs 
~ Pasta Sauce 
~ Grated Cheese 

What To Do ; 
- First, make sure that the chicken is fresh or thawed if previously frozen. Then rub your chicken breasts with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and place chicken into it. Sprinkle with bread crumbs well. Cook at 375 degree for about 40 minutes (this of course depends on the amount of chicken). Once cooked, spoon on a couple table spoons of pasta sauce and spread it on the top. Top the sauce with grated cheese. Stick under the broiler for a few minutes until cheese is completely melted. I serve on top of pasta with sauce and side salad. Delicious, easy, and affordable.
